Firstly, don't feel pressured to know exactly what to book in and what your skin needs - that's what we are for! If you know a particular treatment you want, feel free to book it in.

If you are a new client and would like to have a complimentary consultation before and assess your skin and get suggestions on what treatment to do that day, book in for a New Client Consultation and Treatment. For those that know they want an Advanced Facial - meaning something more than a regular facial using lasers, microneedles, radiofrequency - but not sure which one, book in for an Advanced Facial. Our therapists will assess your skin and see which Advanced Facial will suit your needs the best.

Please keep in mind that any treatment booked can also be changed on the day if you decide with your therapist to have a different treatment to suit your skin needs better.

You can either book in for a face-to-face consultation ($100) or an email consultation ($75) with photos of your skin and a list of the products you are currently using.

Your therapist will tell you specifically, but we believe in giving treatments that work and deliver great results. 4 to 6 weeks is usually the most frequent amount we see patients for advanced treatments, with some patients attending only every 2 - 3 months or even annually.

You don’t need to come in to get more products. Email us and we can ship them!

Downtime will be discussed at your appointment, but most of our treatments leave you glowing immediately. For Nanofractional RF Resurfacing, and Skin Pen Microneedling, you may experience minimal downtime of 6 - 12 hours. Upon discussion prior to and at your appointment, more aggressive treatment may result in 24 to 48 hours of redness. Oxygenetix Makeup can be applied immediately afterwards and taken home to conceal any obvious signs of treatment.

Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation and 100% for not showing up.

Of course! Combination therapies are the cornerstone of Renée Lapino’s treatment philosophy, and all of our modalities can be combined to achieve the perfect results.

Yes we do! Book in for a gentle but deep cleansing and relaxing pregnancy facial if you are pregnant or undergoing IVF and want to be cautious. We do also offer advanced facials for pregnant women but alter the protocol to keep it pregnancy safe as well. Please let us know in any appointment approximately how many months you are so we can be ready with the appropriate comfort to help you relax!
